For added flexibility, your fixed price quotation will remain valid for 90 days. This gives you plenty of time to review the proposal, compare alternatives, and plan your project around your budget and schedule.

To help you visualise your finished garden building, we can also provide a 3D CAD image of your chosen design. You will also be able to view examples of similar projects we have completed across the UK, or explore our gallery for further inspiration.

Free Nationwide Site Survey

Once you have received your no-obligation fixed price quotation, we can arrange a free nationwide site survey at a time that suits you.

The site survey allows us to view your outdoor space in person, learn more about your requirements, and gain a clear understanding of what you are looking to achieve. Importantly, this visit is carried out by an experienced member of our team - not a salesperson - and comes at no cost to you.

To prepare for installation, the construction area will need to be clear of sheds, trees, rocks, shrubs, or other obstructions. The ground should be reasonably firm and level, with no more than a one-foot variation across the footprint of the building. Our prices include the installation of a concrete pile foundation system, which is suitable for around 99% of installations.

During the visit, you will have the opportunity to discuss your ideas directly with our surveyor. They will assess access and parking for construction and explain the relevant permitted development planning rules.

Order Confirmation & Deposit

Once you have finalised the size, design, and any optional extras for your garden building, simply get in touch with our team to place your order. At this stage, our experienced sales staff will guide you through the process, ensuring that every detail of your specification is correct and answering any final questions you may have before proceeding.

We understand that ordering a garden building is an important investment, which is why we take the time to provide clear advice, transparent information, and reassurance throughout the ordering process. Our team will be happy to explain timescales, installation requirements, and any technical details, helping you feel completely confident in your decision.

If you wish to secure an installation start date well in advance, you can pre-book a date more than four weeks ahead with a reservation payment of £250.00. This allows you to plan ahead with certainty and ensures your place in our installation schedule.

Approximately four weeks before your installation is due to commence, we will request a 50% deposit of the total order value. Once this deposit has been received, your order will be fully confirmed.

You will then be issued with a formal receipt and a detailed order confirmation document, clearly outlining your chosen specification and confirming the agreed installation start date.

On-Site Construction

Our installation teams typically begin construction on a Monday. Operating nationwide, our fitting teams usually arrive at your property in the early afternoon on the first day.

The team will stay in local accommodation and arrive early each morning, often working into the evening.

On the first day, they will confirm the exact position of your garden building, unload all required materials to the site area, and begin preparing and installing the concrete pile foundations and base.

Each installation team is highly experienced in constructing garden buildings of all sizes and designs, with many years of practical expertise. Throughout the build, the team will consult with you at every stage of construction.

Our on-site construction process is fully bespoke, allowing you to decide the precise placement of doors, windows, and any additional options you have chosen.

This flexible approach enables you to make key decisions on site, without the need to finalise every detail in advance.

Completion

Once construction has been fully completed, our installation team will carry out a thorough tidy of the garden building and surrounding site area.

Any excess materials, packaging, and debris generated during the build will be carefully removed, leaving your garden clean, safe, and ready to enjoy.

Before leaving the site, the team will invite you to inspect the finished garden building in detail. This gives you the opportunity to review all aspects of the build, check the workmanship, and ensure everything has been completed in line with your agreed specification. Our team will be happy to answer any questions and explain key features of your new space.

Once you are satisfied and the installation is complete, the remaining balance payment will become due. This marks the formal completion of your project.

If you have chosen the optional electrics package, a fully qualified electrician will attend at a later stage to test the internal electrical installation. They will then issue an electrical safety certificate, ensuring everything is compliant and ready for a permanent mains connection from your house to the garden building.
