Delivery & On-Site Installation Included

All our prices include the delivery and complete on-site by fully trained professional installation teams.

Each composite garden decking project is installed with the minimal of disruption, typically within 2-7 working days (dependent upon size) and normally without the need for planning permission.

Delivery and on-site installtion is included within mainland UK.

Unfortunately we do not install our composite garden decking in Northern Ireland or any areas outside of the UK mainland.

Site Area

In order for us to construct your new composite garden decking on site we need the construction area to be clear of any old buildings or sheds, trees, rocks and shrubs etc.

When constructing our decking, it is important to choose a suitable location that is level and has proper drainage. This helps to ensure that the decking platform is stable and durable, and prevents any water damage or drainage issues.

If the site area is not solid or entirely level, you do not need to worry, as our prices include our concrete and steel pile foundation base system. This unique system can accommodate slopes of up to 12 inches across the width of the decking project.

Garden Decking Permitted Development Rules

You do not need planning permission for garden decking if it is not raised more than 30 cm above the ground, is located at the back of the house, and covers less than 50% of your garden area. However, you may need permission if the decking is higher, is on your front garden, or is on a listed building or in a conservation area, so it's best to check the specific rules for your location:

• Height: The decking is no more than 30 cm above the ground.
• Location: It is located at the rear of your property and does not extend forward of a principal elevation or fronting a highway.
• Size: It covers no more than 50% of your garden area, including any other extensions, outbuildings, or sheds.
